One of those qualities is your HEALTH of course. Too often we hear the excuse, "I don't have time to workout". Well I have news for you......... You're going to die someday! Wait.....what did you say? Seriously, you're going to die someday. I will too. If you wait too long, soon you won't have any time at all to live the life of your dreams. So, let me ask you this question: Why not go after what it is you really want and take action......RIGHT NOW? Life's too short to have regrets and yet some of the most common remarks I hear people say go something like: I wish I worked out more.... I wish I ate better..... I wish I didn't have an extra 20 lbs on me..... I wish I had the J-Lo body..... News flash, if you don't buy a lottery ticket you won't win the lottery. In other words, if you don't take action towards your goals, you're not going to reach them! For example, if you want to loose 20 lbs, start right now by reaching out to a health professional, reading a book on healthy meals, or by walking up and down the stairs 5 times. As Nike, the famous billion dollar company say's, "Just Do It". Do something!
